Gennoctua respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This policy explains how we handle your information.
When you use Gennoctua's visual personalization features (including virtual try-on and personalized video), the plugin may access images from your device camera or photo library. This happens only when you explicitly opt in at the point of use.
Images are used solely to provide AI-powered visualization, product try-on, and personalization features. Generation is cloud-assisted — your image is sent securely to our servers for processing and is not retained after the personalized result is delivered.
The personalized result (e.g., your try-on render or personalized video) is cached on your own device. It is not stored on Gennoctua's or the retailer's servers. Each install captures fresh; there is no cross-app identity graph linking your data across different retailers or apps.
We do not sell, share, or license your images to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Data is used strictly for delivering the visual personalization feature you requested.
Gennoctua does not track users across apps or websites. We do not use tracking technologies for advertising or remarketing. We take reasonable security measures to protect your data during transmission.
Consent and image capture happen directly inside the plugin, at the point of use. Generation is cloud-assisted. The result is cached on your device, not retained on our servers. No cross-app tracking. No data selling.
